This pool is the 8m Maradona. This magnificent pool is from the Conquest Pools range of quality Fibreglass pool shells and has been installed to perfection by the Rainwise Pools Melbourne team.
This pool size was selected by the homeowner as the best one to fit in with the overall plan for the backyard. The Maradona style was selected for its square, clean lines and modern look. The large seat area is an awesome feature of this pool and provides an additional entry and exit point.
A lot of consideration was given to the surrounding landscaping when deciding exactly where to position this pool. Consideration was given to the coping paver, border and paver size to allow for a minimum number of paver ‘cuts’ and a balanced look for the finished project.
This pool Colour is Crystal Granite Pearl White. The colour base is mostly white with a blue and silver metallic fleck that reflects light beautifully and gives the pool and the water a sparkle. The owner wanted something different to the standard blue pool colour, and loved the idea of a White pool. This colour selection fits perfectly with the white and black theme that is carried throughout the rest of the home and landscaping. When full, the water colour is a beautiful sparkling light blue. By night, with the addition of colour change LED pool lights, the pool has the unique ability to change colour depending on the light colour selected. The addition of various options has customised this fibreglass swimming pool to fit perfectly with the needs for the homeowner. The homeowner has selected the following options;
Solar heating is the heating method selected for this project. Solar heating is low maintenance and easy to operate. Solar heating is capable of increasing the swimming pools water temperature by approx 10oC and will extend the swim season and ensure comfortable swimming temperature is achieved.
Six spa jets have been fitted to the seating area of the pool. This provides the perfect spot to sit and relax while watching the family play. The decision to put the solar heating return in the seating area means that the spa area is the warmest part of the pool and a magnificent place to relax.
4 x deck Jets have been installed as a water feature. When turned on the deck jets shoot water into the pool. The thin water streams add a fun element for young swimmer and also improved atmosphere, with the sound of running water.
Davey LED pool lights have been installed in the wall and stairs of this pool. These light are remote controlled and can change colour with the touch of a button. Being a White pool, it is very responsive to the colour change of the lights. By night, you can virtually change the colour and mood of your pool and entire backyard from inside your home with just the touch of a button.
A new feature that Rainwise Pools Melbourne are very proud of is the Wet Deck Water Features. The addition of the Wet Deck provides not only another seating and play area in the pool, but also a peaceful and soothing ambience. The gentle trickle of water flowing back into the pool is a favourite of these pool owners. The Wet deck gives another opportunity to personalize the project and the selection of black glass mosaic tiles is a perfect choice here.
Quantum Stone paving was the perfect selection for this pool. The coping pavers are custom made to fit exactly around the pool with no paver cuts required. . The colour chosen was Quartz with a Charcoal Border Paver selected to add an element of interest and to define the beautiful shape of the pool.
A fire pit was added to the end of the pool area in matching Quantum Stone blocks and pavers. The Quartz and Charcoal colour theme was used to tie the entire project together. Adding the fire pit makes this pool a feature and the focal point of the entire outdoor area all year round.
Davey range of energy efficient pool equipment was selected for this pool project. Including the latest high efficiency VSD 8 Star pool pump. The Davey equipment is not only energy and water efficient it is also extremely quiet.
